I mostly use the CBZ Touch app, which is pretty convenient for transfers and seems more stable lately. However, I dealt with a frustrating delay at a branch recently. The team was friendly, but the service was painfully slow. They're clearly trying to improve digital channels, though physical branches still have long queues
