The physical security provided by the response teams is generally solid and fast. However, it's frustrating that the guards at my gate change every few months because they seem unhappy with the management and pay. This high turnover makes it hard to build any trust with the staff. Good tech, but the company culture seems to be driving people away.
I’ve had Safeguard for my home alarm for a while now and their rapid response team is honestly top-tier; they arrive so fast when the alarm trips. The technicians are super professional during installations too. My only issue has been the mobile app, which sometimes lags or sends delayed notifications. Still, I feel much safer with them.
